The Purpose of BEST is to see lives transformed through education.

Education brings transformation and opens doors of opportunities. The ability to speak English, called the world’s second language, is an advantage as it provides for global communication, educational opportunities, career advancement, and access to information. As the demand for English language programs is increasing around the world, we can meet that need in Restricted Access regions by enriching lives and bring Transformational language programs.

The Vision is for BEST to be the premier language center in Kyrgyzstan.

While daunting, this is an attainable vision that can be realized by providing a diverse range of English language services delivered in a fun, safe environment by committed, TESOL-trained teachers. This language and training center can birth additional centers to provide English language programs in remote areas of the country or in neighboring countries.

The Mission of BEST is to provide transformational English language and training programs for all age ranges and social classes.

Our programs will range from Speaking Clubs to intensive training courses, utilizing online and face-to-face methods. We will offer private and group lessons, camps, and testing and training services to reach all proficiency levels and age ranges, and to serve all economic situations. BEST aims to provide transformation for felt needs and Transformation that addresses unrealized needs.
